- Â We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
- Yes, your safety is our number one priority. We have every bounce house inspected by a licensed inspector to approve each bounce house meets all standards.Â
- All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
- Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
- Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (75ft long) if inflatable is further, please have a water hose present.
- Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
- You must cancel your reservation at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund. If canceled within the 14 days, you will receive a full credit to be used in the next year.
- Because bounce houses are so big and heavy, we cannot transport them up or down stairs. If we arrive to deliver, and there are stairs, we must find an alternate location as we cannot give refunds.
- Yes, we provide a power cord up to 50 ft.
- There will be a minimum $70 cleaning fee if there is drink, food, candy, markers, gum, glitter or any fluids or stains that we have to clean up.
- Do not spray silly string inside or on Inflatable, it will discolor the inflatable and it impossible to repair, you will be charged full price of the inflatable if silly string
discoloration is found on the inflatable.
- Absolutely not! There is a risk the animal could tear or puncture the inflatable.
- We plan the delivery route according to the times and locations of all deliveries. Your delivery could be as early as 8AM. The driver will give a courtesy call when they are on the way.
- Because a lot of our parties end at the same time, the driver could return to pick up as late as 10:00 PM.
- In most situations, the rain should not affect the kid’s enjoyment. If you decide to cancel due to the weather, you must call the day before your event. You will then be given a full credit to use within the next year. We start our deliveries at 8AM. If you decide to cancel during or after the setup, there is no partial or full refund allowed.
- We understand that normal wear and tear is part of renting inflatables. If there is a problem, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it quickly. As long as the simple guidelines are followed, you will not be charged for damages.

- Delivery cost depends on the address of delivery. Most areas are free. Yes, local state tax will be appliedÂ
